Chalgren Enterprises' 255 series adapters convert your equipment from a 5 pin DIN connector to a standard touch proof connector.

Intended Use

Chalgren’s adapters/extensions are used to convert the connection and/or extend the leadwire of Chalgren electrodes used for electromyography (EMG).

Cleaning

Device is REUSABLE and supplied in a NON-STERILE pouch. Device can be wiped clean with warm water and mild detergent. To disinfect, use a disinfectant wipe. Soaking can cause deterioration of the device.

Storage

Device should be stored in a clean, dry place. Protect device from damage during storage and handling. Inspect device for damage or excessive wear prior to use.
